What’s Involved in a Typical Coaching Session?
Coaching sessions are 2 hours, however as each session is tailored to your needs, they will differ depending on your situation.
Generally, people consult a life coach because they have reached a point where they want to change. Some may have unwanted behaviours, habits, fears or traumas that they want to overcome, whilst others have family issues or work stresses or feel overwhelmed by something from their past – whatever it is, I will guide you in exploring new opportunities, overcoming fears, phobias, negative emotions and limiting beliefs and thought patterns to ultimately assist you in improving your lifestyle and achieving your goals.
Most of the work is done conversationally – in other words, whilst we are chatting or doing a visualisation exercise, positive change is taking place at a deep unconscious level. You will always be conscious and in control and no hypnosis is used in any of my therapies. The beauty of the therapies and techniques I use is that you do not verbally have to divulge any details of any trauma etc in order for me to help you release the negative charges around the event.
Through consultation we will come to an agreed plan of action to reach your desired goals. Together we will work through problems that you have in your life, discover hidden internal sabotages, help you to change your way of thinking and get you to a point where you are able to be the best you can be. By using powerful coaching techniques and working with your sub-conscious mind, lasting change is created and the greatest version of ‘you’ is unlocked.
